1、 主席報告：
Chair’s report:
1. With the guidance and instructions of our faculty members: 張麗萍老師
、史穎君老師、陳瑋瑜老師、賴暄堯老師、陳姝伶老師、黃瑞恆老師the 5-
year-program students have successfully completed their investigation
of special topics on Dec. 29, 2016. In particular, I’d like to express
my appreciation to David for hosting the event and being the chair of
the judges committee.
2. Please find the Financial Statement of this year for your reference. See
enclosed Attachment 1. After today it will be posted to our webpage.

提案一、為四技四年級(102年度入學)影視翻譯(下)科目修正為影視翻譯實習案
，提請 審議。
Subject 1: Examining the change in the title for the elective course
“Film Translation (2 nd semester)” to “Film Translation Practice”
說 明：
1. 二技一年級(105年度入學)影視翻譯在第二學期的科目名稱為「影視翻譯實
習」。
2. 因四技四年級與二技一年級計畫合開班，故擬將科目名稱統一。
3. 本案業經105學年度第一學期第2次系課程委員會(105/12/13)通過。

Explanations :
1. The 2 year program students are scheduled “Film Translation (2 nd
semester)” for their 2 nd semester and the 4 year program students, “Film
Translation Practice”. For the purpose of combining them into one class,
the course title is supposed to be modified to the same.
2. The proposal of changing the above said title above was passed by our
Curriculum Committee on Dec. 13, 2016. (See Attachment 3)
決 議：照案通過。

提案二、為四技一年級(105年度入學)課程科目表新增商用英文(選修)科目之修
訂事宜，提請 審議。
Subject 2: Examining adding “Business English” as an elective course for
academic year 105 to Courses Title Guidelines of the 4-year-
program
說 明：
1. 本案業經105學年度第一學期第2次系課程委員會(105/12/13)通過。
Explanation : The approval of the said above was passed by Curriculum
Committee on Dec. 13, 2016 (See Attachment 3)
決 議：照案通過。

提案三、為四技二年級(104學年度入學)組織行為課程申請全英語授課事宜，提
請 審議。
Subject 3 : Review of the application for using English as Language of
Instruction to teach the course “Organization Behavior”.
說 明：
1. 該科目授課教師為陳姝伶老師。
2. 本案業經105學年度第一學期第2次系課程委員會(105/12/13)通過。
3. 全英語授課申請書如附件4。
Explanations :
1. Chen’s application, academic year 105, has been approved by the
Curriculum Committee dated Dec.13, 2016. (See Attachment 3)

提案四、105學年度第1學期及川正一先生優秀獎學金推薦名單，提請 備查。
Subject 4 : Proposed for future reference on the case of student 莊上逸,
awarded the Mr. 及川正一scholarship in the first semester of Academic
Year 105
說 明：
1. 依本系及川正一先生優秀獎學金實施要點第二、三、四條辦理。
2. 本項獎學金學生申請名冊如附件5。

1. The procedure has been completed and approved in the Student
Affairs committee meeting, Jan. 10, 2017. (Attachment 5)
2. It is submitted to this meeting for future reference.

Other motions:
臨時動議一、有關本系開設「專題製作」課程，教師授課鐘點說明。
說 明：
1.依本校教師授課鐘點核計要點第16點規定說明。
2.專題課程授課鐘點計算方式如下：
教師授課鐘點 =
決 議：為維持專題製作課程品質，避免指導老師負擔過重，以及有學生無
法歸組，各學制「專題製作」課程依下列組數分組，每組人數最
少不低於7人，最多不得多於8人，組數調整如有需要可隨時提會
討論。

二技 4 每組人數最少不低於7人，最多不得多於8人
五專 6 每組人數最少不低於7人，最多不得多於8人
四技 6 每組人數最少不低於7人，最多不得多於8人
※為四技「專題製作」課程分組組數由5組增加一組為6組更正說明：
一、四技三「專題製作」課程修課人數正確應為40人+ 2 位雙主修生+ 1位
上修生，會議上預估四技三人數為35人，致分組後有幾組人數可能高
達10人。
二、會後於106年1月11日以電子郵件向本系專任老師說明，將四技「專題
製作」課程組數增加一組為6組，並請老師表示意見。
三、截至1月12日中午計有8位老師回覆，並贊成四技「專題製作」課程組
數增加一組為6組。
