壹、 主席報告：
Chair’s report:
1. With the guidance and instructions of our faculty members: 黃瑞恆老師,陳瑋瑜老師,郭筱晴老師,陳姝伶老師,賴暄堯老師,雷思蒙老師,the 4-year-program students have completed their investigation of special topic on May 30. In particular, I’d like to express my appreciation to David for hosting the event and giving comments and suggestions, which have been invaluable to students.
2. Enclosed (Attachment 1) please find the spread sheet of this year, in which you can see how much money is still available this year. Please look it over and use the funds. Apply for the funds you need before mid-December. When applying, make sure you request funds from the correct category. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask me or Ed.
3. Congratulations to David on his promotion to the rank of Associate Professor: It really is no way to overstate David’s importance to our department.

提案一、本系五專五甲王0弘同學獲得本學期及川正一先生優秀獎學金，提請 備查。(系辦提案)
說 明：本案業經本(105)年3月23日104學年度第2學期第1次學務會議審議通過(如附件2)。
決 議：
1. 照案通過。
2. 每學期及川正一先生優秀獎學金在學務會議通過後，若無法近期內召開系務會議，將以召開線上系務會議方式，提請備查，加速獎學金核發流程。
Subject 1: Proposed for future reference on the case of student 王0弘, awarded the Mr. 及川正一scholarship in the second semester of Academic Year 104
Explanation:
1. The procedure has been completed and approved in the Student Affairs committee meeting held March 23, 2016. (Attachment 2)
2. It is submitted to this meeting for future reference.
Resolution:
1. Passed.
2. Upon the approval of Student Affairs Committee, the case is supposed to be submitted to the Department Affairs Meeting.
提案二、為105學年度四技新生入學課程科目表修正案，提請 審議。(李幸瑾老師提案)
說 明 :
1. 本案業經本(105)年5月25日104學年度第二學期第5次系課程委員會審議通過 (附件3)。
2. 四技一年級擬增加選修課程「兒童英語文學選讀」及「兒童英語文學概論」，分別開於上、下學期，各2學分 (附件4)。
決 議：照案通過。
Subject 2: Review of Academic Year 105 Courses for the 4-year-program enrollment (raised by李幸瑾老師)
Explanation:
1. Professor Lee has proposed elective course “Children English Literature selections” and “Introduction to Children English Literature” for the 4-year-program. (Attachment 4)
2. This proposal has been approved in the 5th meeting of Curriculum Committee dated May 25, 2016 (Attachment 3)
Resolution: Passed.
提案三、有關本系二年制進修學制課程規劃案，提請 審議。(系辦提案)
說 明：
1. 校方同意本系增額招生之意見，同意自105學年度開始，於進修學制多招收
40名學生。
2. 依100學年度教育部評鑑改進計畫方案表，委員建議「進推部(夜二技)針對夜間部在職學生重新修訂規劃適切教育目標等內涵，以有別於日二技全日學生規劃。」(附件5)
3. 另增訂一份課程表(附件6)。
決 議：
1. 進修學制招收之學生來自不同領域，建議將畢業外語門檻比照五專生之畢業門檻標準。
2. 本案有關外語畢業門檻部分，請送課委會討論；其他照案通過。
Subject 3 : Review of the curriculum list of the 2-year night program
Explanation:
1. We’re permitted to increase the number of enrollment by 40 students of 進修program, taking nights and Saturdays classes.
2. According to the Ministry of Education’s Assessment, a new curriculum of which contents have been planned and approved in the 5th meeting of Curriculum Committee. (Attachment 5 & 6)
Resolution:
1. The issue of required minimum scores of foreign language proficiency exam to the students of進修program will be further discussed by the Curriculum Committee, and the rest of part
2. The rest of which is passed.
提案四、為本系105學年度交換生申請抵免學分案，提請 審議。(系辦提案)
說 明：
1. 依據本(105)年5月25日104學年度第二學期第5次系課程委員會紀錄辦理(附件7)。

說 明：
1. 6月21日系辦發文請各專任教師，自由填寫擔任3個委員會的委員。
2. 截至6月23日下午7時25分，統計結果如附件10。
決 議：各委員會名單如附件(10)。

Explanation: According to teachers’ replies received by June 23 at 7:25 p.m. (Attachment 10)

Other motions:
The president of the university has announced that the costs of Xerox paper are supposed to be covered by the department budget. According to the regulation passed on 2009, each full-time teacher is allocated 800 sheets of paper per semester. The further details will be informed.
